New Painting on E-bay
I've has some success selling my paintings in past years (I'd like my old lecturers from Art School to sit up and pay attention now), and in a bid to widen the audience a little, have put a couple up on e-bay. While I studied art seriously for a great many years, sadly the pressures of work and other things means that these days, it has to be pretty much a hobby. Still, it is nice to have the freedom to paint what I want to paint without having to meet some kind of bullshit criteria of 'art' from academics (usually frustrated artist who can't pay the bills any other way) or gallery owners. I paint what I like, and if other people like my work, that is a bonus as far as I am concerned.
